  1. Why should I hire a moving company?
    Few people are trained professionally in the transportation business. Physical injuries may happen easily when you do not have the adequate knowledge and techniques in dealing with large, heavy, or delicate objects. It is an insignificant investment to hire a professional moving company when compared to risk your physical health along with unexpected medical treatment.

  2. How do I move specialty items such as pianos, paintings and antiques?
    Large specialty items often require different moving equipment and moving skills. Speak to moving companies ahead of time and get quotes that fit your requirements.

  3. Do I need help for packing?
    Our packing services ensure your valuables are well protected under professional care. We are not only trained to pack household items and furniture. We are also specialized in packaging specialty items, such as China, glassware, antiques, paintings, and pianos etc. Our packing service also includes office moves and other goods.

  4. How do you protect my furniture?
    We wrap your furniture with cloth moving blankets at each move. We also carry floor runners that are to protect your floors and carpets from any possible damage.
     
    For special items (such as pianos), oversize furniture or specialty items, we suggest you call us ahead of time. We may need to inspect all locations and make applicable plans for a safe move.

  5. Is there a minimum charge?
    Yes. Our team works a minimum shift of two hours in each move.

  6. How do you estimate moving and packing services?
    For a combined service plan we may work out a quote that creates extra benefit for you. Call us; you may be pleasantly surprised how little extra it costs to have complete moving services.

  7. Do you sell moving supplies?
    Yes. We sell and rent moving boxes. We also sell bubble wrap, packing tape, packing paper, cutter and more.

  8. Do you transport personal items?
    We can move all of your personal items for you. Some home owners may select the preference of moving the following items themselves. These personal items are mostly sentimental valuables and some are simply irreplaceable. Here is an example list of personal items:
    • Items of personal importance such as cell phones, checkbooks, jewelry, air tickets, computer, cameras, professional and personal data/files, legal documents (passport, ID cards, insurance policies, financial documents, property titles), and medical records.
    • Sentimental Value such as family photos and videos


  9. Do you ship pets and animals?
    No. We only specialize in shipping household furniture and office goods.

  10. Are there items that should not be packed?
    Without a special license, government approved authority, proper equipment and special trained staff, we do not transport dangerous goods like hazardous items, such as propane tanks, aerosol cans, fuels/oils, darkroom chemicals, fire extinguishers, fireworks, liquid bleach, loaded guns, matches, paints and removers, poisons, pool chemicals, weed killer, etc. Please be aware that when moving a lawn mower you are responsible to empty the fuel first.

  11. Are there items that are not protected?
    • Food without adequate preservation, refrigerated food or produce, will not be protected during our transportation. Unless these items are to be delivered within 24 hours of pickup and are properly packed, we suggest you personally deliver these items for food safe purpose.
    • Any living plants that can suffer from different temperature, lack of water, too little or too much light, are not under the protection of our transportation.
